Strathfield, Parramatta and Blacktown are 3 stations on the Olympic
Metro line.
Trains on the Olympic Metro are running at high frequency, which are
given priority over other trains. There fore, a few less trains each day
on those stations makes things a bit easier.
Removing Strathfield, Parramatta and Blacktown makes Penrith the only
stop in the Suburban area for the XPT.
The XPT would probably be delayed a few minutes arriving and departing
Sydney because the Olympic Park trains will occupy most of the platforms
(1-15).
