Remember its a non core business activity for the aggressive, customer
focused soon to become investor owned Freightcorp. But I am sure LVR or
Silverton could operate on the line. Why couldn't Freightcorp? Is it their
cost structures or just plain sloppy management on their side or is it just
too hard to compete against road transport but not against other railway
operators.
