There is a key on almost every keyboard called the Shift Key, it enables you

Are you thinking of Simon Lane?

He was the chief banana of Met Trains until he was poached by Cityrail, and
yes, he was chief banana when SPOT was introduced.

So he will know just what to do after that minor sporting carnival is
finished.

Quite whether you'd call him "in charge of nsw rail" or not is another
matter...
