Yes, and when CityRail launched their big recruitment drive for the
Olympics, they offered highly experienced drivers' (many of whom had worked
for CityRail before) the opportunity to come back to CityRail, and start off
on a massive $14 an hour !!! With no overtime or penalty rates !!!

Funny how they didn't attract anywhere near the numbers of qualified
drivers' they needed, and had to start throwing inexperienced guards in the
drivers' seat (with all the resultant problems this has caused).
