Re: Drivers and guards to be sacked.
Too many of the staff look scruffy and downright dirty, and their manners
match their appearance. It is about time management started to enforce a
better image, and hopefully, better performance.
It is not over to the staff to decide whether or not to wear the uniform
properly. If it is a condition of the job that the uniform is to be worn,
then disobedience of the instruction becomes a potentially sackable matter.
