Where did Impulse take you to and from without changing? I presume that you
do not live in an airport and desire to travel to an airport? Unless this is
true, I doubt that Impulse were able to accommodate you without changing.
Particularly if you wanted to travel, to take an example, from Melbourne to
Tamworth. They would have required that you change in Sydney.

It really p***es me off when people whinge about one operator being able to
undertake a particular journey without the customer having to change, when
another operator requires them to do so. Very few journeys, anywhere in the
world, utilise the one journey segment, most involve a change at some stage
along the journey, even if it is only from car to plane to car (when
flying). Why can't people look at the overall transport task, look at the
cost of the various options, and make their choices accordingly (rather than
saying something like "got me where i wanted to go without changing").

Studies have shown that if your parents did not have any children, you
probably won't either.
