Re: Carr warns Caucus over FreightCorp sale



A joint sale is being pushed. i.e. it is hoped that the buyers of NRC will
also buy FC and join them back together. FC was told it can't buy NRC as it
would be anti-competitive, and it says it can't survive on it's own.
Wisconsin Central seem to have plenty of money.
