Ahh, thanks for that.  I found it in dejanews.

Sure.  But it seems to stack up rather better than the other candidate which
seems to rate a big mention these days: the Tumut line.  From what I've
seen, you'd have to replace most if not all of the track.  And build
a bridge over the Hume Highway.
