This may seem like a rather lame question, but can anyone give a fairly definite
answer as to why WL4 ("The Ghan") seems to regularly run late. It ran through
Springwood this morning about fifty minutes down.
My understanding was that Train Order working was suppose to improve running
times, even though, as far as I am aware, the actual timetable hasn't really
been varied all that much - just heaps of "recovery time".
