Quite possible with the EFI on the NR's. Though reducing power by
changing the timing from optimum would be kinda self defeating. Sure-
you would get less power, but you would still be using the same amount
of fuel which would defeat the purpose of variable HP. You
could use the same argument for reducing boost pressure.
