Containerised Coil Steel Wagons

NR operates a number of different coded wagons for Coil Containers out of
Hastings:    RKLY(X), RKIY, & transships to Standard Gauge RQIW & RQIY
wagons ay Dynon.
Can anyone help with advise on what the original codes were for each of
these wagons when owned by State Authorities? The RQIW appears to be very
similar to the NSW NQIX wagon, with the checkerplate deck removed - is this
the case?
