I'll take largest to mean steepest (not in degrees or %, sorry):
On passenger lines:
1 in 30 compensated - Wynyard to Harbour Bridge
1 in 31 or 32 in spots on ESR?? (not in my grade book)
1 in 31, 32 & 33 Blue Mountains many stints between Valley Heights and
Katoomba
1 in 32 to 1 in 34 Central side of Town Hall (includes ESR?)
Circular Quay approaches are steep (again, not in my grade book)
1 in 37 Dundas to Carlingford (Telopea station is on this grade)
1 in 39 Rydalmere to Dundas
1 in 39 short stretch on Cowan Bank
1 in 40 Loftus Bank
1 in 40 Eastwood Bank
1 in 40 Cheltenham Bank
1 in 40 Normanhurst to Hornsby
1 in 40 Cowan Bank
1 in 40 Wondabyne to Woy Woy tunnel
1 in 40 Upper half of Fassifern Bank
1 in 40 parts between Cronulla and Sutherland
What have I forgotten upto 1 in 40?
