Ah you haven't been in some Citydeckered sets yet then (:

1) V sets. Green seats. This is just painted on (as can be confirmed on 
some sets by sloppy overpainting onto the seat frame.

2) Suburban sets. In a tulloch set one day, I saw 'tags' scraped into the 
paint, to reveal the original brown seat beneath.

3) 620 sets. "NSWPTC" seats were never blue were they? (:

Looks like that Goninan Universal Paint really does go over more thank you 
think (: Anyone want Goninan Blue hair dye?
