I was the Indian at Christmas and the comment was made by the train crew
"because of the small number of freights at Christmas the Kal crew were
flying in." And they did.
Because of the extra hour gained westbound due to daylight savings in the
east, a LONG stop was made at Cook - adequate time to inspect everything -
except that the crew would not let PAX cross the running lines!
