Now that SCT have their own siding at Laverton, do they now
have their own crews to shunt the yard, or is it the same as before, crewed by
Freight Victoria. It is going to be interesting to see how the transfer of
loading attached to the Patrick train are going to be moved between each yard,
or will the loading be attached/detached at the loop to be built opposite the
new SCT yard.
Yesterday or today both broad gauge 376 & 377 were moved
from storage from the BG turntable at Dynon to the GN yard.
A very late up paper train passed Murrumbeena just after 11.00
this morning with a H-T-A combo. The down working this afternoon will be
T390-X39-G524.
