R711's whistle, Green G543 on ballast

R711 no longer has its Webb whistle.  The new whistle is more
VR-sounding, but at a higher pitch.

FV's green/gold G543 has just passed through Anderson Road Sunshine on
a down Met ballast train (giving an all green train!).  I'd always
thought they went out empty to Boral at Deer Park and returned full,
but this train was outbound and looked loaded.  Recalled batch
perhaps?  Darren?

If it's running to the normal ballast schedule, it's due back into
Sunshine at about 1200.
