Hi all

I saw that train waiting for a pass with an Outer Suburban Tangara 4 car set 
on the single track at Scarborough and again at Otford.  What was the first 
vehicle in the train ?  It looked like a very decrepit brakevan, covered in 
a lot of grafitti with windows knocked out. Sort of a slum on wheels.
