RTL to Bairnsdale

Hi Guys

Just thought I would drop a line to tell you that the RTL is working
overtime in the Sale - Hillside Section.  at least three trips a day with
Logs to Sale and one to two on the down.  The RTL can take up to 7 MT's at
one time and on the return it takes Up to 5 Loaded.

An interesting conversation was had between myself and the driver this
Morning,  The Driver stated that he cant go while it is foggy as he slips
everywhere and it is to hard to stop, and I asked him if he gets funny looks
from people when he drives the RTL Train through level crossings etc.  The
driver says No it is *&^%$$Y$%^##% worse, they stop me and ask where's the
Pass.

So who knows guys, maybe one day we might just get the pass back.  I have
heard that it is possible that FV is waiting to see if we get a long term
contract with the Logs out of Bairnsdale and if so the money will be spent
on the bridge,  Which is fair enough,
