D20 and D21 were still at Steelhaven on 2/11 and info from the loco shop on that day was that are definitely going to the State Mine at Lithgow. SCT were looking at buying locos but I think it didn't happen.

I'm sure these would be the coke ovens transfer locos. If so, they are an electric loco and pick up their power from side mounted rails or wires. I'll try to find out more about them.
