The tracks run beside Mullet Creek prior to crossing the Hawkesbury Proper.
Access is most difficult, no roads. Hills on western side make morning best
time. Some great shots taken in bygone years from vantage points in hills by
C. Cardew et al. Track is very close to water, getting good spot difficult
if you do not have a boat.
I have a 27 ft flybridge cruiser moored at Brooklyn and often stay overnight
on Mullet Creek so I know it well. If sufficient persons are interested,
(on consideration comprising suitable libations), I am happy to take a group
on a Mullet creek photo cruise sometime in the New Year.
