Free Christmas & New Years Eve Rail Services in Victoria

Hi,
I would like to say that the free public transport in Victoria for Christmas 
Day and New Years eve isn't what the government should be doing.

The Government are only going to pay 1 quarter of the fares to the private 
companies. Thats still 3 quarters of the money the private companies need to 
find.

And it shoudn't be the government deciding what to do with the fares with 
the Public Transport system being privatised.
