I don't think this is quite what was asked for - Justin asked for the Victorian train numbers.

Unless they've been changed , these numbers should apply on the Mexican side -

Toll -  AM4T =  Vic Train No 9754
          MA4T =  9753

SCT -  PM9S = 9752
            MP9S = 9751

Patricks  - AM3P = 9756
                 MA3P = 9755

NRC -  PM5N = 9712
             MP5N = 9711

             AM5N = 9702
             MA5N = 9701

Trailerail   PM7N=  9716
                MP7N = 9715

I'm not sure now about the SteelLinks, as my info is out of date. They used to be 9821/ 9823 and 9822/ 9724. Someone may be able to clarify this.
