R.707 trip Sunday 19/12/1999

Good morning all,

Whilst at Box Hill waiting for a spark to take me to the office to catch up
on some work today, Y.127 passed through on the down with R.707 trailing at
about 0825. The R was fitted with a headboard announcing '...Southern
railway experience' or words to that effect.

Can anyone tell me where this trip is heading. I presume it starts from
either Ringwood or Lilydale. I would be interested in the return times this
afternoon/evening so I can at least get some shots.

For the record the train was made up of WCR and Steamrail(?) cars;
immediately behind the R was the PCO van and three S/Z WCR cars followed by
about four E/W cars.

Any help would be great. Thanks
