RE: EE Locos and other things

I was probably giving too much weight to the crew complaints about the Xs- 
but to be fair they were trying to use what were basically 30+yo 600hp 
shunters to haul heavy coal and log trains, so I guess the Xs should not be 
judged too harshly.
