Mark,
        Pay claim. Apparently an offer was made and rejected. The IRC
ordered them back to work and they refused. As of the 5pm news on the radio
there is a stalemate. Alcoa & Worsley Alumina, 2 of Westrail's major
customers are talking cutbacks and stand downs. And of course there is a
major wheat harvest on the go. There is no sign of a return to work.

All a bit messy, really.
