NR17 / motorail with 6 cars / 14 carriages, WL1 IP westbound, 2135
Driver of NR17 reported a faulty radio and so had not received a train
order before he reached East Fork.  Control asked him to call them on
the satellite phone and dictated it to him over that connection.  The IP
stopped at East Fork, though there was no-one to collect: a crew member
told the driver it was the person they had collected East-bound that
morning.  The driver (jokingly) whinged: "manifest wrong, consist wrong,
typical Adelaide!" or words to that effect!
