Further info received today is that the Cobar ore
will be running on one train Cobar - Narromine then splits with one train via
Ulan to Newcastle (RYand YR ?) and the second to Port Kembla via Parkes,
Goulburn and Robertson. They will be numbered RW2 and WR1 (AFAIK I have got it
around the right way) The "R" for Narromine.They will be through Goulburn on the
up at 1400 and on the down at 1200 so they should cross around Gunning / Yass
Jnct. area. These times indicate there will be two rakes of wagons, unless
they run UP one day Down the next, the trains are 450m or so and are only
conditional and presumably worked by a single or double NR.
