No way, It is about a 10 min run to Cal, 20 min run round, 10 min run to M/Vale, 10-20 min run round.
Those times are if there's nothing around, the line needs to be clear between Robo and M/Vale to run round at Calwalla.

The telegram says turn consist via triangle and allows 42 mins. It is an
empty train so there are no passengers to worry about. Do you think that it
could make it to Calwalla and back in that amount of time and still turn the
train?
