[Ausloco] NR's to Narromine

It seems the problem with only having one NR in Narromine occasionally is
due to loco failures along the line. Apparently they all leave Newcastle
with the full complement of two locos but sometimes arrive with only one.
The other being dropped off enroute where ever it fails! I was talking to a
freight Corp driver from Dubbo who has seen the train leaving Dubbo heading
to Newcastle long hood leading.
