There was no public tender process re the sale of the 8 Alco's by RSA to
GNRS either - there is no logic or consistency in the current 'disposal

This would appear to be the most likely scenario to me. It fulfils all
requirements in regard to the published disposal process (which
FreightCorp HAS followed in the past) and commercial good sense as well.
One wonders if the 422's will be upgraded to 3000hp like the X's and
given wheel creep control as well?
