Interesting piece in todays FINANCIAL REVIEW
(pp26).
It seems the Vic. govt. is contemplating opening up the Vic. Broad gauge
routes to open competition, much to FA's chagrin as after all FA paid the
previous Govt. "sincere" $$$ to secure the network including much
trackwork.
