[Ausloco] Austrac in the north

Austrac's new depot in the North West of NSW is located at Gunnedah. As
reported elsewhere they are running out of Moree tomorrow. At this stage
they are hauling wheat, but there is an un-tapped market of general freight
up this way, waiting for someone to offer rail as a transport option instead
of road.
