[Ausloco] 9381 FA Wheatie

Tomorrow 9381 is listed to depart Inner Harbour at 2240 hours and the loco
power should be provided by the following units in this order
Lead unit X40 then X45, T390, T408 and T399.
The reason for this change of loco power is that 3982 is tabled to arrive
at Inner Harbour at 19??hours get tipped and depart at 2240 hours
insufficent time to refuel the 2 G class locos.
Too dark to photo the down journey but the up journey will be led by X45
then X40 followed by the 3 T class.
