Approaching the station, pulled down the overhead and blocked the
Sandringham and Caulfield Through lines (Frankston).  This happened at
16:15 nicely for the start of the peak hour and stuffed everything.
Frankston trains running Frankston-Caulfield shuttles, buses on the
Sandringham line (I think trains from Elestingwick where the emergancy
crossover is).

Just to get this back to loco related I think a couple locos will be needed
to tow the train away when re-railed.
