On VLP I think all are now.  On VLF most are, but not all (I don't htink Y174
has aircon, but it still seems to be the yard pilot in most use at Nth Geelong)

On WCR loco it's very reliable, probably the last thing we worry about.  In my
three and a half years I can recall only one failure.

Retro fitted to B/S class loco's.

Ours are Sigma (or whatever they're now known as).  They're 24V, which is
obtained by stepping down the loco's normal elec system (48V I think...could be
wrong there).
