Aus loco discussion mailing list
At Cooks River at 8am this morning :
4486 was stabled at the end of #15 road.
8211 was stabled in the E roads.
8134 was shunting mt conflats in the yard.
48134 with a mixed loading of mt conflats and wagons was idling in the MMS,
awaiting to depart towards Marrickville.
At Delec at 8.45am :
8017, 80? and an RSA loco were stabled. From reading other postings, the 80?
could have been 8007, 8017's partner from the White Bay - St Mary's
sandstone train.
At Enfield at 9am :
8626/8614 were stabled S of the main building.
8225/8203 with Manildra wagons in tow were facing S in the main yard.
4876/4849 with 5 painted Ampol oil wagons and 6 unpainted Caltex? oils
headed N out of the yard. As I remember, the order was
A/C/A/A/A/A/C/C/C/C/C.
48149/48? were stabled LE at the S end of the yard.
8169 was shunting LE in the yard. In reply to Stuart's posting of an 81
rostered as the Enfield Yard shunter at present - it seems 8169 is the loco
in question.
Best regards,
Rob
