Rumour depsrtment at this stage; someone may be able to confirm.  

I heard last week that BL26 which was at that stage being repainted (and
modified?) by RTS at Dynon would emerge in the new NR charcoal colours
and take up shunting duties at West Kalgoorlie yard.

Also heard was that since CFCLA aim to lease many of their ELs on a
long-term basis, they plan to allow the operators to paint them in their
own operating colours: if true, there will soon be Austrac maroon ELs,
and who knows what else?  Freight Australia, Countrylink, ???
