Bob, you have mixed up the numbers a bit, L251, L254 & L 270 are in service,
while L265 is at Whyalla being upgraded? and repainted. L253, L271 & L276
are also  at Whyalla, stored.

Also did anyone take notice of the colour 833 is at the moment, last I heard
it was being painted but it was used on the grain train north the other day.
Is it in undercoat????
