[Ausloco] Steamrail's S313 hauls passes today

Steamrail's S313 has been busy, led B61 on 8237 (1800 down) last night
(Monday), ran 8220 (0635 up) solo to Geelong, attach B76 to lead to
Melb.  Should have ended there, but 76 got flats between Ballarat and
Geelong on the goods, so S313 hauled 8207 (1235 down) solo, and should
be led by S311 on 8246 (1735 up).

Crews report it rides better than ours (hasn't had 5 years hard labour
on the WMB passes!) and is quiet, but hasn't quite got the zip of ours.
It looks and sounds great, and got us out of a real bind......
