[Ausloco] Inaugural Sydney-Perth Freight

Some months ago this topic came up as a by-product of the inaugural IP 
journey. Further to our discussion then, I wonder if members can shed 
light on the locomotives that worked the first train, apart from the 
3x421's. This would involve locos from the then VR, SAR, CR and WAGR. I 
hope this stirs up a good rummage thru the memory banks. Tks in advance
