I spoke to an Austrac employee about an hour ago. They were still putting the train together as of 2pm and did not expect to jump before the evening peak hour curfew.
The ELs are serviced out by either LVRF themselves, or Goninan's at Newcastle as needed. Delec has nothing to do with the ELs as Delec is owned by Freightcorp, and the ELs are owned by CFCLA and are leased to various private
operators.
