[Ausloco] Sandown

I have had several queries (privately) regarding Sandown movements with the
Silverton locos.

To answer all at once, the normal operation at Sandown is for *s31 to arrive
from Botany around 05:00 Monday to Saturday. The train is shunted into
Seatons by about 06:30.

On weekdays, the light engines depart when a path is available, normally
around 08:20 or there abouts to work *s23/*s24 and return to Sandown after
these tasks are completed as *DS35.

At around 17:00, *s36 is formed and departs at 19:30, Sunday to Friday, for
Botany.
