[Ausloco] GM class in Perth

The Toll (4AP4) Superfreighter into Perth on 2/6 was worked by CLP 10 / GM 45 / GM 47.  One GM into Perth is rare enough, let alone two.  I presume that they were added at Parkeston to cover a failure.

Also, two L class are being rebuilt by Clyde for entry back into Westrail service.
