Re: [Ausloco] Fw: Echuca happenings

Why is it that so many railway enthusiasts have a problem with buses? The rules for going "off topic" is ausloco are clear and appear to be strictly enforced most of the time.
There are many transport enthusiasts who have multi-modal interests (in the same way that many of the ausloco people appear to have very specific transport interests) and this should not be the place for one group to denigrate the other.
We do not want a return to the 1950s era of division and intolerance on our community - remember the steam vs diesel division among the enthusiasts?
Let's keep "on topic"!

Currently, the train remains some 1 km away from the Port wharf at the Echuca station and the "punters" are transported to the boats by unmentionable means.(read - "trucks with seats").
