[Ausloco] PLs

There has been a bit of a change as regards the identity of the two 48s
which are destined for conversion to PLs.
4881 is to become PL5 whilst 4867 has been "chosen" to become PL6.
Apparently both units have entered workshops for this metamorphasis to
commence.
Whilst discussing 48s, an unusual train worked past home this morning at
05.59 being 4882 leading approx 3 container flats, the first & third
conveying containers, whilst the middle wagon had some sort of accomodation
container on it as it had interior lighting.
Subsequent investigations revealed that it was train #M591 to Mossy & back
testing the ride qualities of NQZA container wagons that are usually
restricted to the Sydney metro area. Seems Freightcorp are looking at
expanding their territory of operation.
Suggest any future dicsussion re this could be considered OFF TOPIC.
