[Ausloco] Rebuilds of CL to CLP & F - AL to ALF

Was there any particular reason in the rebuild of the CL's & AL's  why the 5
chimes were not refitted to the nose & roof of the aforementioned loco's.
Pardon my ignorance but I'm still tryin to catch for alt of lost time.
