[Ausloco] Ausloco changes

hello all,
following some debate both "on list" and "off list" regarding the function and purpose of Ausloco, we have decided to slightly amend the purpose of Ausloco to better reflect what we as a group are trying to achieve. It is also an attempt to render the group's purpose a little bit less open to interpretation, and hopefully to end the problem of people being uncertain about whether or not daily sightings are a welcome/necessary part of Ausloco. To try and achieve this, we have added a new rule about daily sightings.

All Auslocoer's are invited to view the changes at our web site:

The changes have been made only to the groups purpose, and the changes have been highlighted in red. 

If anyone has any problems, or suggestions/criticisms, please contact us OFF LIST at the Ausloco admin address.
