More info - ATN refer to these locos as 250's (to go with 830's). it is so
much of a hassle to change accreditation details in NSW that for RAC they
are L class.
The hoppers are XGAY type.
X = ATN (all the other letters were taken)
G = grain
A = first type
Y = high speed (100 km/h)
