I can only work out operational vs non-operational. This does not
necessarily mean that all operational units are actually in service. Not
sure which ones are under rebuild.

L261 - Operational
L263 - Operational
L264 - Operational
L266 - Operational
L267 - Operational
L268 - Operational
L269 - Scrapped 2/96

L273 - Stored
