Weren't there reports a while back that ASR had a couple of stripped-down 
442s as parts for 700s ?  There was an idea floated that it might even be 
possible to rebuild the withdrawn 702 at one point.

Has ASR considered that at some point the 830s will need replacing ?  Or is 
is it likely that they'll soldier on into their forties ?  Certainly, with 
the the layover period between grain seasons for repairs and rest, and given 
the fairly sedate track speeds, I could see the Eyre Peninsula units lasting 
some time.
